It is essential that we get to know you, what you can do and what type of work you are seeking, either temporary or permanent work.
- we will talk to you either face to face or on the phone when you enquire about work
- we will invite you to attend a registration interview at our office
- we check your proof of identity and/or proof of your right to work in the UK
- we check your proof of National Insurance Number
- we ask for details of what work you've already done and your career to date
- we ask you what you want to do next
- we ask you where you want to do it
- we assess your skills
- we offer links to training facilities to update or enhance your skills if you are a little rusty
- we match your work needs to our client’s work positions using your skill set and interpersonal requirements to achieve this
- we ask your reference providers for feedback on your previous work performance during your employment with them
- we make sure you have full details of the temporary assignment or permanent vacancy including directions and parking
- we brief you for interview
- we check that you’ve arrived safely either for the start of your temporary assignment or your permanent interview
- we check that everything is working out at the end of your first day and sort out any problems or worries you may have
- we check that everything is working out at the end of your first week and delivery your "Silver Star" enrolment pin
- we send work appraisals to your supervisor to build a picture of your work performance
- we reward you with our "Silver Star Award" when you qualify by achieving excellence in your performance on assignment. You get - £30 Vouchers for a shop of your choice, Certificate and your Face to Face Recruitment "Silver Star Award"
