Our Supply Process At Face to Face Recruitment we try to make the recruitment process as seamless as possible - we know how time consuming it can be to recruit any number of staff for either a temporary position or on a permanent basis Face to Face visit We will visit you to discuss your requirements and ideally we would like a Job Description and a Person Specification but if you haven’t managed to put these items together, we can help you do it or do it for you. By meeting with you in the work environment, we can help our candidates to understand the work ethic and culture of your organisation.
Candidate Selection
We search our databases for suitable candidates and will present you with a selection of CV’s to make your choice for interview. Sometimes there is only one candidate who we feel is the best choice. We will not waste your time with endless CV’s we will tell you that this is the case.
Advertising
In the unlikely event of us not having a suitable candidate, we will advertise your position in our “Shop Window”, on our website and on the major UK job boards. We will also use local, regional and national press if required.
Interview tips and help
Maybe this is the first time you’ve interviewed someone; maybe you’ve interviewed hundreds of applicants but feel that something is not right with your technique. We can help you with this – just ask for our FREE handout.
Essential Checks
We are also bound by legislation to check that applicants are who they say they are – by making this check for you, we are protecting everyone and you can rest assured that these have been completed on your behalf.
Reference Checks
We will check work related references by speaking to these personally and can give you the information to enable you to reach your hiring decision. |
