  • temporary to permanent work - try out a company before you commit to a permanent position.   You can make sure the company culture fits you. temporary to permanent work starts as a temporary assignment but leads to a permanent position either planned or unplanned.  Often this a an excellent way of getting permanent work with a company which would otherwise have proved too difficult.
  • permanent work - we can help with your next career move.  We can help you get your first job.  We can help you make the right choices permanent work is where we will work to promote your personal attributes and skills;  we will tell our Clients about your skills and personality, you will be interviewed directly by the Client and you will become permanently employed. 

Our process
At Face to Face we try to make the process as seamless as possible.  It is essential that we get this bit right to get to know you and what you are looking for either as a temporary worker or on a permanent basis, so...

  • we invite you to attend a registration interview
  • we check your proof of identity and/or proof of your right to work in the UK
  • we ask for details of what work you've already done and your career to date
  • we ask you what you want to do next
  • we ask you  where you want to do it
  •  we assess your skills
  • we offer links to training facilities to update or enhance your skills if you are a little rusy
  • we match your work needs  to our client’s work positions using your skill set and interpersonal requirements
  • we make sure you have full details of assignment or permanent vacancy including directions and parking
  • we brief you for interview
  • we check that you’ve arrived safely either for the start of your temporary assignment or your permanent interview
  • we check that everything is working out at the end of your first day and sort out any problems or worries you may have
  • we check that everything is working out at the end of your first week and delivery your "Silver Star" enrollment pin
  • we send work appraisals to your supervisor to build a picture of your work performance
  • we reward you with our "Silver Star" pin when you qualify by achieving excellence in your performance on assignment.  You get - £30 Vouchers for a shop of your choice, Certificate and your Face to Face Recruitment "Silver Star" pin. 
  • We also ask you for feedback about our staff, our service and about our clients and your assignments with them.

History

July 2006 - face to face Recruitment was formed by our Managing Director, Sue Neill

February 2007 - the Company was formally launched by Julie Furnival, Investor Development Manager for Northamptonshire Enterprise Ltd

Sue Neill's career in recruitment spans 30 years during which time, she has managed large and samll contract from 1-8000 temporary workers in 1-180 UK locations!

She says "I've been on call for 30 years and it shows!".

Sue's vision for face to face Recruitment is to deliver an honest, efficient and cost effective service to clients and candidates. Placing equal importance on both and treating everyone involved in the process with respect.
